Oxin Sanat Company (Private Joint Stock) was established in 1990. The company began its activities in the field of executing cement projects, refinery installations, power plants, petrochemicals, and other industries and factories, the result of three decades of activity in this sector being the completion of over one hundred large and small projects inside and outside the country, and it still continues, in addition to past activities, to engage in executing large industrial projects and national development.

Furthermore, in recent years, with the approach of awarding projects as Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), a considerable number of projects in this field have been executed or are currently being executed by Oxin Sanat Company inside and outside the country.
