Sahab Gostaresh Sanat Company, under a shared ownership structure with Oxin Sanat Company, operates as the group’s specialized arm for industrial construction, production, and support. Having this factory has made it possible to perform a significant part of EPC project fabrication operations in-house, increasing control over build quality, production scheduling, costs, and coordination among engineering, procurement, fabrication, and installation stages.

Sahab Factory is located in Sepah Industrial Town in Nazarabad County, Alborz Province, on a site of approximately 20,000 square meters. This complex includes three production halls with a height of 13.5 meters and a total area of 3,600 square meters, and one production hall with a height of 18.5 meters and an area of 1,800 square meters. All production halls are equipped with overhead cranes, enabling the fabrication and movement of heavy industrial parts and equipment.

In addition to the covered halls, the factory includes 2,400 square meters of open workshop yard, 1,200 square meters of dedicated sandblasting and painting space, a central warehouse with an area of 500 square meters, and about 1,500 square meters of open space for storing raw materials and parts. The production capacity of this complex is about 800 tons of various steel structures and industrial equipment per month, and its workforce capacity can be increased in line with project volume and schedule.

The factory equipment includes CNC cutting machines, heavy guillotines, band and rail saws, gantry submerged-arc welding machines, CO₂ welding equipment, hydraulic and CNC presses, rolling machines, lathes, milling machines, punching and drilling machines, and full quality control and material-handling equipment. These facilities provide the capability to fabricate all kinds of heavy and semi-heavy steel structures, industrial frames, equipment and mechanical supports, tanks, ducts, chutes, hoppers, pipe racks, platforms, and other components required for cement, oil, gas, petrochemical, and power plant projects.

The presence of Sahab Factory alongside the engineering, execution, and management capabilities of Oxin Sanat Company has created an integrated chain from design and procurement to fabrication, quality control, transportation, and on-site installation, and it is considered one of the group’s main advantages in executing large industrial projects.
